How to edit APN

Hi, I'm having problems connecting to a 3G netwrok after unlocking with ultrasnow. All guide ive found on the internet tell me to edit my apn setting under setting>general>network but there is no option of APN for me?
Please help

Where would i find one of these? It sounds like there available from http://www.unlockit.co.nz but the site wont load, they must be available elsewhere?
