Is there any adress to send them a mail?
I looked around but I haven't found anything and that's very wired..

I asked for a mail and none of you both linked to me a page where to find it! I know that I can call them, but I would to write an email..

The links provided have the methods of contacting Apple. They don't accept emails. Either call or use the feedback links.

Right. ^^ There is no generic email address you can use to contact them. You must go through the feedback forms and drill down to the hardware or software you want to talk about with them.

If that isn't good enough, you might try going to an Apple Store and speak directly with the employees there.

I was going to say something cute about Apple only accepting letters in blood, not ink, but found this to be rather amusing:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Velum
Velum may refer to:

Inferior medullary velum or posterior medullary velum, a thin layer of white substance, prolonged from the white center of the cerebellum
Palatine velum or soft palate, the soft tissue constituting the back of the roof of the mouth

Vellum, animal skin that is similar to parchment and that is used as medium for writing, book printing, and book binding
So were you recommending writing the letter on brain tissue, the roof of the mouth, or animal skin? :D
