How to Embed a PDF using iWeb

I'm making a website, but I can't figure out how to embed a PDF into my site. Any idea?

dragging/dropping doesn't work? I thought I did this before and all I did was drag it over - its been a while so I may be a little hazy on whether there was extra work.

You could also hand code the html to open up the pdf in the same window.
