I am having some trouble with my website. I do not quite know how-to make good html.
What I want to make
On my homepage (www.weatheralert.webs.com) I want to put a .mov video in the middle of a picture (specifically the one that says More Rain?)
So- I read the another post about this but I am such a newbie I just get very confused. I read that you have to split the html into a table-like form.
I am hoping someone here can make the html code and reply to me.
