How to enable ecg app ?

I bought apple watch s5 from turkey and using it in turkey. I updated my apple watch os to 6.2 golden master but i could not activate ecg app ? I tried re pairing, restaring and theough health app it does not help my watch to show up ecg app on the device ?

how can i activateit ?

They anbounced It is supporting from 6.2 version so i updated to 6.2 GM to use it but does not see app ?

can i reupdate my firmware to public release next week over gm version ?

Don't think it will help. They control it with serial numbers. So you have to wait, till it is official.
