How to enable mutlitasking on 3G running 4.0?

I've already jailbroken it, but how do I enable mutlitasking? Where do I find /System/Library/CoreService/SpringBoard.app/N82AP.plist?

Use iPhone Explorer or SHH from your computer.

or Download iFile on your iphone, look for that file and edit it.

I looked through that file, but there's nothing about multitasking in it.

Of course they are not there, you need to add them and set them to TRUE for them to work.
