How to enable Quicktime on Mac?

I have a MacBook Pro 13 with the touch bar. I'm from Denmark where Quicktype suggestions aren't supported yet, but I still want and need it as well.
I've tried to enable different language keyboard like America-English keyboard without anything happens. Do anyone knows why it wouldn't work or how to enable it please?
