How to enable Third Party Called ID?

I recently upgraded to iOS 14 and the ability to enable third party Caller ID seems to be disabled, or perhaps moved. I was able to enable this in iOS 13, and now the ability is gone.

I originally followed the directions on this website before which worked perfectly: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/mobile/enable-caller-id-in-the-hubspot-mobile-app

Now when I go to “Call Blocking & Identification” within settings the only option I see is “Silence Junk Callers”. Any ideas?

You probably need to ask this to the Hubspot Mobile app support. It appears that they may not have updated their app for iOS 14.
