How to estimate shipping time based on confirmation email time?

I tried searching to figure this out, how are you all figuring shipping estimates by order confirmation email time with seconds? Thanks in advance!

My confirmation email time for 42mm Space Gray was 3:16:51 EDT.

I would say late May. Those of us @ 00:04:00+ JUST got ship confirmations today and that doesn't include the entire range of 00:04:00, plenty still waiting.

I don't think there's any real correlation at all; it's more to do with what you ordered than when. My 38mm SA WSB was delivered at 9am this morning, but my order didn't place until 55 minutes after launch.

Quite simply, there was a huge shortage of inventory on some models. If you ordered one of those, no matter how quickly you placed your order, you'll be waiting longer than people who ordered a less popular model later.

It's incredibly unfair, but that seems to be how it is.
