How to etch onto a folder

Hi,

Does anyone know of a program that can etch onto a folder (I uploaded examples).

Is there is a program somewhere, or Is it just a photoshop deal.

Some .psd templates exist. I have it on my computer, but I'm currently at work. I'll post them tomorrow.

These are just custom icons: pictures with specific dimensions. Any image manipulating software can make the image, and you don't need any special software to apply images as the icons for items.

Follow this tutorial for instructions on making custom Leopard-style icons. Works like a charm (although the 16px versions of the icons look a little "soft" for some reason):
