How to exchange for plus???

Want to exchange my 6 for a plus. Bought at an Apple Store. Problem is if I add one to my cart for in store pickup it said I already ordered a phone for this line. How do I reserve one to exchange with this one or can I not do that?

You need to show up at an apple store and request an exchange, you cannot "buy" one now since you already have one.

An apple employee told me there were no workarounds. That if I wanted to exchange for the plus, I would have to get in line and try my luck like everyone else.

Thankfully, after holding it in the store, I don't want it anymore.e

Well I was able to swap it out for a 128gb plus last evening at the Apple Store. Loving it!!!

Which carrier do you have? I haven't seen any Verizon 6+ phones (64GB or 128GB) within 500 miles since last Sunday, at an Apple store.
