iPhone How to exit iPhone 3g 3.1.3 w/ baseband 06.15.00 stuck in recovery mode loop?

Here's what happened:

I have an iphone 3g running 4.2.1 (Jailbroken). Due to the undesirable speed performance of 4.2.1 on iphone 3g, I've decided to downgrade it to 3.1.3 (stock) via restore in iTunes (SHIFT+RESTORE) and of course it ended up on a 1015 ERROR and an CONNECT USB TO ITUNES (Recovery Mode) on the screen of iphone but ive managed to exit RECOVERY MODE using TINYumbrella and JAILBREAKED using redsnow and I was SUCCESSFUL. Now i gave my iphone to my sister as a gift BUT she tried to UPGRADE it to 4.0.0 via restore on itunes (SHIFT+RESTORE) and during the process of resoration an ERROR popped out (she dont remember what) and iphone went to RECOVERY MODE again. ON MY MIND (but im not so sure), she SUCCESSFULLY upgraded to 4.0.0 so i tried to fix the problem and DECIDED to downgrade it back to 3.1.3 (coz i know iOS4 is slower on iphone 3g) via itunes (SHIFT+RESTORE) BUT THIS TIME ive used a SNOWBREEZE cooked 3.1.3_ipsw. and NOT the 3.1.3 (stock). and again ERROR 1015 and CONNECT USB TO ITUNES (Recovery Mode) on the screen of iphone.

This time i think i have BIGGER problems because when i tried TinyUmbrella to EXIT RECOVERY MODE,it FAILED!!! But WHY???

And everytime i connect iphone to itunes an ERROR pops out: THE IPHONE SOFTWARE UPDATE SERVER CANNOT BE CONTACTED. and the worse thing is that i dont see my iphone on the itunes side bar under DEVICES and this happens everytime i connect iphone to itunes.

Ive tried to RE-JAILBREAK IT WITH redsnow but it just goes back to RECOVERY MODE. also tried iREB and also failed. PLS HELP ME Jailbreak MASTERS!!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE! Thanks to all in advance:)

Ive already tried this tut u gave and it worked for me the first time ive downgraded from 4.2.1 to 3.1.3. But now THE problem is that, IPHONE WONT SHOW IN ITUNES panel ANYMORE BUT IT shows up on Tinyumbrella and Windows detects it also but in itunes it wont appear! even if i enter into DFU mode,still it wont appear in itunes panel. ive already uninstalled/installed LATEST itunes version but still wont appear. pls HELP:(

Yeah TU recognizes my iphone and also windows but itunes wont even in Recovery mode and DFU mode it wont detect it,but TU does. Whats with my device?
 
i have a snowbreeze-cooked firmware_3.1.3 now on my phone but i cant use it anymore after the restoration. im stuck on "Connect USB to itunes" on my screen. ive tried to re-Jailbreak it with redsnow BUT after the process it goes back to "Connect USB to itunes" on my screen again. TU wont lick it from Recovery mode too and also iReb cant do it. Im hopeless! Pls HELP:(
 
Ive already tried going to DFU mode but i cant go back to 4.2.1 as uve suggested coz i cant get detected in itunes iether in Recovery mode or DFU mode, it just wont appear in itunes, but it apears in TU ,iReb and reds0w. Why does my phone wont appear in itunes but appears in TU,iReb and redsnow?

i need my device to be detected in itunes so i can restore to 4.2.1 but it just wont show up in itunes. pls Help:( mu USB is fine coz TU and redsnow can detect , only itunes wont
 
Im using itunes 10.7 the latest version. Ive tried searching the net to find some answers on how to exit recovery mode loop but i cant find answers. Is this the consequence of restoring to a CUSTOM IPSW (SNOWBREEZE) in Recovery mode and NOT in DFU mode?
 
ive tried them both already TU ang redsnow ,but it just boots my phone and then back to recovery mode again. also tried recboot, ireb but still no luck. pls help! im stuck on recovery mode loop for almost a month now
