How To Export 1440x1880 with 4:3 Aspect Ratio

Please help. I need to export this video as 4:3 (or the original settings). The original specs are below, but it does not show the aspect ratio. There are so many export settings in FCP, but I know the solution must be simple - thanks in advance:

How do you want the 16x9 original image to be formated to fit into the 4x3 frame? Do you want it letterboxed? Center punched (where you only see the center of the original 16x9 image and essentially crop off the edges)? Anamorphic (where everyone will appear tall and skinny)?

What do you need to do w/the export?

export it out and then change the aspect ratio in Quicktime (Pro?)

If you use Compressor to export it is really easy. FCP exports using the aspect ratio you have setup for the project.
