How to export/extract safari's bookmark from iPhone?

Hi everyone,
It's seems to be that Safari5 and MobileMe messed up my bookmark on my 2 macs on my last update and sync, throwing away years collecting good stuffs that i work with (no bakcup).

My last hope is the bookmark from my iPhone (3GS OS4) that's remain intact. Is there anyway to export that bookmark from Safari's iPhone? Anyone? Please?
