How to export LotusNotes calendar to iPhone?

Hello,
My company IT regulations prevent me from connecting iPhone to my office Windows XP computer. All I can do is to export LotusNotes calendar to CSV, Lotus 1-2-3, Structured Text or Tabulated Text.
How can I import them to my Iphone calendar via my home MacIntosh?
