I have a Airport Extreme Base Station and the signals do not even reach my neighbors house.. I would exspect it to reach at least 3 houses down my house becouse its more expensive than regular routers. My friends linksys can reach more father than the Airport extreme base station!

How to extend Airport extreme base station signals??

What mode are you running in?
802.11n-5GHz will give you great speeds, but the range isn't that great.
it also can depends on several factors,
your walls could be made of something different.
there could be electrical interference like a microwave or cordless phone.
there could just be more walls between your router and the neighbors house.
As far as cost, you do pay a premium for the little
on top of the box, plus the ease of setup

Is the pouter all the way ups? Also, are U runnining in mixx mode (2.4 and 5 GHz) ore just one freakuency?
i do not know what the pouter is? and i am on Wireless N(B and A compatible)
any idea?
