How to extend the range of a Versalink 327W router/modem?

Where bunnies are welcome.
What's the best way to extend the range of the Versalink 327W router/modem? Get a booster antenna? Or add a new router and put the 327W in DSL only (not wireless)? If adding a new router, how do you add it to the 327W (my modem from Verizon). Any suggestions on routers that work well with the 327W?
