How to extract audio from .flv

Hi all,
I was wondering if there's a way to extract audio from a .flv file downloaded from the web and save it as an mp3 file without using any type of external software not already provided with Snow Leopard.
I love freeware; however there's a limit to how many programs I want to have loaded on my computer and bogging it down.

If anyone could give me some insight it would be very helpful.

Here you go: http://vixy.net/ - but currently only YouTube seems to work, or maybe some other sites, as I have not had the time to check more than three sites.
