How to Extract ringtones from IOS 6?

From old phone to be used with my new iPhone and IOS 9.3.2.

I am talking about Apple's factory ringtones, not any user add-on. Do Apple even have a repository of old factory ringtones for me to download?

The Apple ringtone am looking have the precise pitch am looking for, can't find it anywhere else.
