How to file share in Mac OS X 10.4?

Hi,
I need some help!
I understand how to basically file share (system prefs etc) but it seems like anyone can connect to this as a guest. I don't want guest to be allowed to access this. I only want two people (maybe three) to access it. What do I do?

The computer is a Powermac G4 MDD 867MHz Dual

Guests can only see your Drop Box and even that is a write-only folder to them (meaning they can drop stuff in there but can't open it up to see its contents).

Keep in mind that users who are administrators will automatically be able to see and connect to all the disks attached to the computer.
