How to find other devices on my Local network

Just purchased a MacBook Air M4. It runs very well however the there is an issue with Windows APP.
My iMac runs Windows app and connects to a local WINDOWS 11 PC. However the MacBook Air does not see the same PC.
so is there a MAC app that will show what PC's are on my local network?

Open Finder window. On left sidebar there should be "Network". Click it.
