iPhone 6(S)/Plus How to find out what’s using my Location?

Does anybody know how I find out? I have location turned off for Safari but when I’m browsing there are times when I see the arrow. I turned it off for almost all my apps and have it on only when I’m using an app (like yelp, weather, maps) but it pops up quite a bit even if I don’t open those apps.

Go to Privacy>Location Services to see what has been using Location Services. You might have to check System Services.
