I connect to my work VPN, but I can't figure out where to go to scan for network folders. I've googled but can't find anything.

You should be able to see them in the Finder sidebar as long as you have this setting checked in Finder prefs.

I can see my NAS drive now, but when I double click it, it just hangs on "connecting..." until it gives me an error. My windows computers don't have this problem

I am using a Synology NAS that requires a login when connecting to it, but I don't even have a login screen to type my credentials

EDIT: Turns out, the ports on my NAS server were blocking Macs. Problem solved. Thanks!

Hi secretpact,

Can you please be more specific on how you resolved the issue with the ports on the NAS blocking Macs.

I have the exact same issue.

Thanks :)
