Hi all.

I am trying to locate the Steam apps folder on my Mac so that I can edit the settings file of a game to enable experimental features.

Everything I've read tells me to navigate to Library\Application Support\Steam but no Steam folder exists in this location.

Does anyone know how to find this folder?

Many thanks.

M.

It should be at ~/Library/Application Support/Steam. The "~" symbolizes your user folder. That Library folder is invisible so you can either get to it by, in the Finder, either selecting the "Go" menu while holding down the Option key…or toggling visibility of invisible files and folders with the key combination of "Shift-Option-[Period key]".

another quick way to go to the Application Support is

paste - ~/Library/Application Support

into the spot light search - press the enter key
