iOS How to find the phonenumber?

I need to find the phonenumber details like country,operator,latitude.

Is there any centralized database is available that we can use it in our application? (or) any other way?

I wouldn't if I were you. It is possible using a private method, but apple will reject your application for it. You can get locale details like the country, language without any asking and if you ask for it lat & long through the corelocation framework.
