Does anyone know of any way to fix up the aluminum on an iPhone 6? There are little dents along the side that I would like to be less noticeable.

Not much you can do really.

Perhaps try ;):

But seriously, just stop worrying about it, its practically impossible not to not to get any small dents in a phone.

Any attempt to make them less noticeable will invariably make them more noticeable imo. Put a case on it, and that will hide the dents.

Raw aluminium is a very soft and shiny metal. It's easy to file, bend, sand, hammer, grind and polish. Regular metal polish (Brasso wadding is particularly impressive) makes it shine like chrome.

Unfortunately the aluminum oxide layer on the surface of anodized aluminum is very hard and unworkable. Don't even try, unless you have access to metal manufacturing and finishing facilities.

A thin case really is your best bet.
