I am a Mac user with an established iTunes account. A friend got a new Verizon iPhone 4 and we used my computer to set up an account for her. Now her phone thinks it's mine and is using my username/password when we try to go to iTunes app store. Is there a way to erase me from her phone without doing damage to existing info/programs?

I dont know if CDMA menu is the same but try this:

Settings > Store > sign out

That would erase 'you' from the apple store, what else is on there that is yours?

Next option is of coz to reset and erase all contents and settings.

It works

Such a simple solution and, of course it worked. Thanks for the help. We were in panic mode thinking we ruined this new phone!
