This app store wouldnt ***** let me update this happens past ***** 5 months, it says please update your billing etc, I update it says credit card denined how the do i bypass this, i paid the app, i WANT THe app

I think the answer is to delete your credit card info. Here's instructions on how:

Then you owe them $5, your previous method of payment must no longer have been valid and you have outstanding dues. You must pay that before you can download/update any more.
