We have an Astak Mole surveillance camera. It streamed video fine when I was using 10.9.5. However, when I upgraded to Yosemite (10.10.3) I now get Plugin Failure.

I do have QT pro and can view the video stream via Quicktime when on the same network, but I can't view the stream when I need to access remotely it via Safari.

IT from the service host (YOICS) said "My mac is streaming and I'm on 10.10.2. I didn't have to change anything after I upgraded.

In the past if you upgrade quicktime, I've had to modify the config back to support RTSP over HTTP. But I've seen none of these problems in a year or two."

I'm kinda at a loss how to resolve this. Any suggestions?
