How to fix screen senson (middle upwards) and increase volume button

Hello everybody!

I have an iPhone XS Max which its screen sensor doesn’t work from the middle upwards. It’s important to refer that the button to increase the volume doesn’t work too.

What can it be and how can I fix it?
