So i ordered this case
http://www.amazon.com/iPhone-Case-Spigen-Hybrid-4-7-Inch/dp/B00LL6ZPXY/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
When i got it there was a glaring problem, the buttons were hard to press. Spigen is sending something out to fix it but they don't have a timetable yet so my solution will work for now.

WHAT YOU NEED
1. Scissors
2. Post it notes
STEPS
1. Choose either the power button or the volume buttons.
2. Cut a strip from the post it note on the sticky part of it that is the size of either the power or the volume button.
3. Remove the ring part of the case.
4. Put the cut out sticky note onto the inside of the ring opposite of the power/volume button, with the sticky side on the case.
5. Repeat 1-4 but on the other side

Now you should hear the click when pressing the buttons and it should be easier.

I appreciate you posting tips on how to fix it, thanks. Maybe I'm just picky or something, but I figure that I spent all this money on this phone and then go and spend money on Spigen's case, they should build a case that works without having to send out an extra add on. When I receive mine, I may just return it to them and buy something else.

I did a similar fix but used some adhesive moleskin padding I had lying around. Works great! Keeps my buttons from being loose and gives them the tactile response they needed. No sense in waiting for Spigen to send the "fix" given you're basically waiting for some foam stickers.

Spigen sent me an email awhile back, I should have those little parts to fix the button issue tomorrow. Before I actually get my phone. :/

If I buy something, I expect it to work as advertised right out of the box. I shouldn't have to modify it to work properly or wait for any extra parts. I think Spigen really dropped the ball this time around. So many of their cases not functioning properly, their screen protectors not being the right fit, shipping issues, etc. I've been a fan of their products, but am moving on to another brand for my 6. Both the Air Cushion and Neo Hybrid are going back to Amazon.

I agree but I bought it before the issue was identified (or made public at least). If the parts fix it without being a PITA, I'll be happy.

my problem with both of the neo hybrids I got is that the upper volume button is also triggering the lower volume button which means I basically have to perform surgery to raise or lower my volume. One piece button there is a killer.
