How to Fix VOB_file glitch/ corruption.

Hi there,

So I recently took VOB Files from a DVD on a flash drive to editing in my computer. The DVD played fine but the VOB files, when played on VLC and premiere, were very glitchy and audio was all stuttery. I read some people being able to repair them but couldn't find a useful program. Anyone know a solution for this issue?

Have you by chance tried converting the VOB files to see if the new files also share the issues you raised?
