I have a mid 2015 MacBook pro 15, os updated. I work from home basically use the mbp as radio during the day. For work I have to use a Windows desktop.
If I listen to podcasts for more than 2 hrs. The voice starts breaking up, I then have to close itnues completely and restart it. The same thing happens listening to YouTube on safari. Have to close it completely
and then restart.

This shouldn't be happening with 16 gig of RAM. How do I fix this or do I have to make an appointment?

Thanks

The first thing I'd try is a fresh install of macOS. Maybe even on an external drive first just to see if the problem keeps happening without wiping your main drive.
