I'm going to buy a new MBP in the next 2 weeks and plan on buying a new 32GB Touch with the student promo. I know Apple will release a new Touch soon and suspect it will have upgrades I will want. What is the best way to resale/return/replace the Touch I get now with the new one in the next month or two?

My current thought is to buy it and keep it sealed and unopened and try and sale it on eBay as soon as I get it. It looks like current prices are around $325. That still puts me a few dollars ahead from the Apple rebate to purchase the new one when it comes out.

Any better suggestions?

If you get a iPod Touch via student discount promo deal then just resell it on Craigslist or eBay. Save your cash and buy the new one whenever it comes out. There does not seem to be any real science to this.
