How to flip pages on the iPad PAGES app?

My cousin has the same PAGES app and she can easily slide to the next document like flipping pages on there. I'm guessing because i bought it when it was updated to 1.4. Does anyone know how to get this feature to work on the new version of Pages? I don't want 10.00 dollars to go to waste.
