How to focus select field using keyboard in System Preferences?

Been trying to use a keyboard-only approach just for fun.

As luck would have it, I keep getting stuck on certain dialogs in OS X such as this. any ideas out there?

tried googling for 15 minutes... and... came up empty handed

so maybe my g-fu is just sucking tonight :D
