I am about to format my iBook G4, and re-install. But how do i do that?

I am thinking disk utility, but i am not sure.

Just pop in your install disc and follow the instructions. It will reboot your machine from the disc and take you to the installation process.

Here is a pretty good comprehensive guide to reinstalling your system if you want to be ultra-thorough about it. (Of course, don't contact the Dartmouth help desk if you run into problems...come back here instead. :D )

As WildCowboy says, put your install disk into the iBook and double click the CD icon when it appears. You will be led step by step through the process.

I like a good format from time to time. :)
