How to get 4 hours lockscreen password? Om only seeing max 1h (pic inside)

I have to iphone 13 pro max, with the ios 18.4, but one of them has 4h password lock while the other one ( my main phone) has only 1h. Im not getting the 4h option on my main phone. Doe sanyone know how i can get 4h on my main phone? I have face id disabled on both when it comes to unlock the phone.

Are you using the main phone for work? Does it have any policies installed, or using Exchange for email, or have any work apps installed? They can limit the settings here.

No specific company profile on both. Both using exchange server for email.
