How do you get the 5 icon dock on a 2.0.1 ipod touch without using kate?

While we're on the subject of Kate, ever since I uninstalled it, the RiP Dev board still appears in my settings, although the FaceLift section and RiP Dev Products sections still appear. (No, they aren't functional.) How do I remove them?
