How to get adapter watt info from linux?

Most adapters just supply volts and amps. I don't believe there is a way for a computer to identify the characteristics of a power adapter unless the adapter contains its own computer. To my knowledge, only USB-PD adapters can communicate with the computer. If that is what you're asking about, someone else with more Linux knowledge will have to give you the details.
