Anyone else having issues getting appointments set as an 'all day event' to show in their lock screen?

If I change the event to a set time, it magically appears. Put it back to all day event and poof - gone!

The only acknowledgement of an all day event is on the Tomorrow Notifications. "There is one all-day event scheduled."

Any one know of a fix?

I caved and bought Fantastical as a potential quick fix after reading rave reviews.......but how do you get that to show up on Lock Screen. I moved it up to the third spot in the Notification Center and nothing......

I can't even get the weather to show in lock screen......

So far the lock screen in iOS 7 took one massive step backwards.......here is too hoping I am doing something wrong!

I believe this was discussed a while ago and the current answer is that you can't.
