iPod touch How to get an Ipod Touch out of recovery mode

I decided to restore my new Ipod touch in Itunes by reseting it now it is stuck in recovery mode and whenever i go back and try to fix it by syncing it i get an error (# 50 or something) then it just sets it back to recovery mode again someone plz help
