How to get App icons to match

Hey guys been searching and havent had any success....i actually used to have an app/tweak from cydia that would convert all app icons to a specific theme. So if i have the ielegance theme,but not all icons show up to match that theme...what is the name of the tweak to convert all icons to match that theme. Thanks.

IconHarvester is the only thing that comes to mind.

I enjoyed the Babo theme for awhile but honestly, the icons that were not skinned looked terrible next to the themed ones.
