how to get apps from phone to itunes

whenever i used to plug my phone into itunes before i was on 4.1 and using limera1n and my itunes was not on 10 my apps would save to itunes, now it doesnt.

With the phone plugged into the computer and itunes launched. Go to Devices
Iphone on the left and then apps at the top and check if "Sync Apps" is checked it should be.
