How to get boot option without holding down the option key

I don't want to hold down the option key to select a partition every time I boot up MY MBP. Anyway to get it automatically?

I think OP means that they want to be given the menu that comes up when they hold alt automatically.

Not possible AFAIK.

You MUST use the option key to invoke the Startup Manager.

No other way....
