Filenames are gone for my videos on ios7. I have like 50 and have no clue which video is which because default ios7 is to not show filenames. Is there a switch I am unaware of I can set to get them back?

I haven't found one... but I just also wanted to post at how bad this is.

Complaints about UI is one thing, but loss of functionality is outrageous. I cannot believe in order to know which video is which and how long it is, I have to start it now. WINNING.

Well at least it appears they did not scrub the names off the songs in my music library. But maybe that is for ios71.....

I think we're not supposed to have our own videos -- we're only supposed to buy videos from iTunes. Then, the artwork shows up on the "DVD box", you know, skeuomorphic-wise.

Uh oh.

The music player does not display filenames. It displays Mp3 ID tags or "unknown artist".

I'm wondering if they made a change to the videos app to read the video's ID tag rather than the file name.

Go into itunes and videos and see if the videos actually have names?
