Safari, but there is no way to create an exception to this?
I like Safari for certain things, but Safari seems to be a huge resource hog (at least on my machine), and I'd like to open mail links (which are usually videos) in a browser that isn't such a slug.

I'm assuming you are going to tell me that there is no workaround and that the default browser cannot be circumvented by any iMail settings, correct?

Correct. Clicking a link in Mail will launch whatever browser you've set as your default.

If you're having problems with Flash content on websites:

• Find your Flash version and make sure it's the latest version available.
• Install ClickToFlash (Safari), Flashblock (Firefox) or FlashBlock (Chrome) to control which Flash content plays on websites.
• Use the YouTube HTML5 Video Player to watch YouTube videos, when available. (May impact fullscreen viewing. See link for details.)
