How to get internet through my mac if iphone wifi i broke so i can get winterboard

My wifi is dead on my iphone 3g and i cant afford to get a new phone till dec. i was wondering is there a way to use my computers internet for my iphone so i can download cydia packages i am in an area where i only have edge and it takes forever to download items.

yeah i figured that it sucks that i cant really do anything with my phone cause it kills my internet limit. i thought there might be away to fix this problem through jailbreaking. also i ment to type "wifi is broke"
