How to get multiple frames/photos on a single FaceBook post?

Some people have multiple frames of pics on a single Facebook post. i.e. you can see 4 pics in one post. The FaceBook app doesn't let you do this so it's obviously a 3rd party photography app like a frames app or something? What are people using?

I'm not sure about the one on the right, but the format on the left, I believe is done automatically by Facebook when you post multiple photos in one album at one time. The layout varies a bit depending on whether or not the photos are landscape or portrait and I don't think the user has any control over it.
