I've tried calibrating my battery, and after calibration, coconut battery shows that the built in battery on my 15'' unibody mbp is at a total of 6971mAh. That's not too close to even 7000mAh. Interestingly, coconut battery says that the original capacity on my battery was only 6500mAh before I calibrated it. Is there any recommendations for recalibrating the battery one more time to get it closer to at least 7100-7200mAh? I've heard that actually letting the battery drain out slowly before doing a full recharge helps. Usually I burn down the battery quickly when I calibrate it. Also, any idea why coconut battery would show my original capacity as 6500mAh?

Pretty sure the MBP battery is about 10.95 volts, so 10.95v x 7000mAh =76.65Whrs, that's over 73Whrs. ;)

It's 10.95V acually. 73 wh @ 10.95V means 6666mAh capacity.

So given that I got it up to 6971mAh (which can't be right as that's above its capacity), I shouldn't have anything to worry about. Correct? :)

Looks like your battery is fine. Controller will show correct statistics after several recharge cycles.
